IP Version 1.62 is the latest version that supports Gen8 servers. IMPORTANT: The same USB key cannot be used to reinstall IP on both ProLiant Gen8 and ProLiant Gen9 servers because Gen8 servers use a different version of IP than Gen9 servers: Instructions to create the USB Key with the IP image are provided below.
If IP does not launch as expected by pressing the F10 key during System POST, reinstall IP using a bootable USB Key.
